Ադրբեջանագետ Տաթևիկ Հայրապետյանը գրում է․ «Եթե ուզում ենք իրականում հասկանալ, թե ինչ է լինելու Տավուշի մարզի, Լոռու մարզի ու ավելի երկարաժամկետ առումով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հետ, այսպես կոչված, «անկլավները» հանձնելուց հետո, նայեք, թե ինչ եղավ Արցախի հետ Աղավնո, Սոս գյուղերը ու Լաչինի ստրատեգիական, կոմինիկացիոն հատվածները 2022 թվականին Ադրբեջանին զիջելուց հետո։

2022 թվականի հուլիսի 25-ին նույն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասում էր, որ այդ տարածքները պետք է հանձնվեն, նույն Գնել Սանոսյանն էլ խոստանում էր, որ նոր ճանապարհներ կկառուցվեն, կոմունիկացիաներն էլ կտեղափոխվեն։ Դրանից ամիսներ անց Արցախը հայտնվեց շրջափակման մեջ՝ բոլոր առումներով, իսկ թե ինչ եղավ հետո՝ բոլորիս հայտնի է։ Գոնե երկու տարի առաջ տեղի ունեցածը էլի հասկանանք, ուրիշ բան չեմ ասում․․․»։
