Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև հարաբերությունների հաստատումը կարևոր ներդրում կունենա տարածաշրջանային կայունության և անվտանգության ապահովման գործում։ Ինչպես հաղորդում է ԱՊԱ-ն, այս մասին ասված է Ադրբեջանի, Վրաստանի և Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարարների 9-րդ եռակողմ հանդիպման Բաքվի հռչակագրում։

Փաստաթղթում ասվում է, որ երեք երկրներն էլ հաստատել են իրենց աջակցությունը Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանը՝ փոխադարձ ճանաչման և միմյանց ինքնիշխանության, տարածքային ամբողջականության և սահմանների անձեռնմխելիության հիման վրա։

Ընդգծվել է, որ նախարարները վստահություն են հայտնել, որ Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև հարաբերությունների վաղաժամ հաստատումը կարևոր ներդրում կունենա տարածաշրջանային կայունության և անվտանգության մեջ և ճանապարհ կբացի տարածաշրջանում համագործակցության ներուժի լիարժեք իրացման համար։ Նշվել է նաև Վրաստանի և Թուրքիայի՝ որպես տարածաշրջանի երկրների դրական դերն այս ուղղությամբ»,- գրում են լրատվամիջոցները։
