Ազատի զինվորական կացարանում 15 զինծառայողի կյանք խլած հրդեհի գործով նիստի ժամանակ իրավիճակը լարվել է

Սևանի նստավայրում շարունակվում է Ազատի զինվորական կացարանում 15 զինծառայողի կյանք խլած հրդեհի գործով նիստը։ Նիստի ընթացքում քննարկվել է մեղադրյալ Եղիշե Հակոբյանի խափանման միջոց կալանքը փոփոխելու կամ երկարաձգելու հարցը, հանրային մեղադրողը միջնորդել է ևս 3 ամսով երկարաձգել այն, ինչը դատարանը բավարարել է։

Այնուհետև մյուս մեղադրյալ Մառլեն Սարգսյանի պաշտպան Վահագն Հակոբյանը միջնորդել է փոխել իր պաշտպանյալի խափանման միջոցը վարչական հսկողությամբ։ Իրավիճակը լարվել է, երբ միջնորդության վերաբերյալ դիրքորոշում է հայտնել հանրային մեղադրող Արշակ Մարտիրոսյանը՝ ներկայացնելով Սարգսյանի մեղադրանքը։

Մառլեն Սարգսյանը ընդհատեց նրան, դատարանը մի քանի րոպե նրան նախազգուշացրեց նստել և չխանգարել, մեղադրյալը չենթարկվեց, ինչից հետո դատարանը որոշեց 15 օրով հեռացնել մեղադրյալին նիստերի դահլիճից։
