Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը օրենք է ստորագրել, որը խստացնում է պահանջները էթիլային սպիրտ և ալկոհոլային արտադրանք արտադրողների համար, հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։

Օրենքը փոխում է էթիլային սպիրտ արտադրելու լիցենզիա ստանալու համար դիմող կազմակերպությունների կանոնադրական կապիտալի պահանջները և այն ավելացնում 10-ից 100 միլիոն ռուբլի:

Միաժամանակ արգելք է մտցվում հիմնադիրների ոչ դրամական և փոխառու միջոցներով կանոնադրական կապիտալի վճարման համար։
