Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազ Աննա Վարդապետյանը բավարարել է Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության իրավասու մարմնի միջնորդությունը. հետախուզվող անձ Ս.Վ.-ն, ով մեղադրվում է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով խարդախություն կատարելու մեջ, հանձնվել է Չինաստանի իրավասու մարմիններին:

Սա 2023 թվականի մարտի 18-ին ուժ մտած՝ «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության միջև հանձնման մասին» պայմանագրի հիման վրա բավարարված՝ հանձնման մասին երկրորդ միջնորդությունն է:

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի կողմից բավարարված առաջին միջնորդությունը վերաբերել է ապօրինի միգրացիայի կազմակերպման համար մեղադրվող Ժ.Լ.-ին. վերջինս 2023 թվականի դեկտեմբերին հանձնվել է Չինաստանի իրավասու մարմիններին:
