Բաքվի բարբարոսսկան վարչախումբն այսօր պաշտոնապես հայտարարել է, որ պահանջում է իրեն հանձնել հայկական սրբազան հողի նաև հենց այն տարածքը, որտեղ ես կանգնած եմ այս լուսանկարում։

Վերին Ոսկերպարն է՝ հայկական հինավուրց պատմական հուշարձաններով, հրաշք բնությամբ և մեր անվտանգության համար կարևոր աշխարհագրական դիրքով։

Հայաստանի ամբողջ ներքին խուսույթը, մեր հանրության և վերնախավերի ուշքն ու միտքն այժմ պետք է դառնա այս և մեր հայրենիքի մնացյալ տարածքների՝ թշնամուն զիջումը բացառող օպերատիվ օրակարգի և դրանից բխող գործուն քայլերի ձեռնարկումը, հակառակ դեպքում՝ մեր պետությունը կվերածվի փաստացի անդամալույծի, ինչը և տենչում է թշնամին։
