Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունն այցելել է Կահիրեի Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ եկեղեցի:

Վարչապետին դիմավորել են Եգիպտոսի Հայոց թեմի առաջնորդ Գերաշնորհ Տ. Աշոտ Եպիսկոպոս Մնացականյանը և Եգիպտոսում Հայ Կաթողիկե եկեղեցու առաջնորդ Գերապայծառ Գրիգոր Օգոստինոս Գուսանը: Վարչապետը կատարել է մոմառավառություն և ծաղիկներ խոնարհել Հայոց ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակը հավերժացնող խաչքարի մոտ:

Հաջորդիվ վարչապետը առաջնորդարանում կարճատև հանդիպում է ունեցել Եգիպտոսի հայ համայնքի մի խումբ ներկայացուցիչների հետ, պատասխանել նրանց հետաքրքրող տարբեր հարցերի: Վարչապետն անդրադարձել է Եգիպտոսի բարձրագույն ղեկավարության հետ ունեցած հանդիպումների արդյունքներին, ՀՀ կառավարության «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» նախագծին, Հայաստան-Սփյուռք հարաբերություններին և այլ թեմաների:
