Որ ընտանիքները կարող են համարվել անապահով և օգտվել գազի և էլեկտրաէներգիայի մեղմացված սակագներից

ՀՀ կառավարության 2016թ. համապատասխան որոշմամբ սահմանվել է, թե որ ընտանիքներն են համարվում սոցիալապես անապահով բնական գազի և էլեկտրաէներգիայի մեղմացված սակագներից օգտվելու տեսանկյունից:

Այս որոշմամբ, սակայն չի սահմանվել, թե ինչ մեխանիզմով պետք է «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ-ը և «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ՓԲԸ-ը որոշեն սոցիալապես անապահով ընտանիքներին և նրանցից` տրամադրված կոմունալ ծառայության համար գանձեն սահմաված մեղմ սակագնով հաշվարկված գումարը:

Կառավարությունն այսօր ընդունել է որոշում, որով սահմանվում է «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ-ին և «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ՓԲԸ-ին սոցիալապես անապահով ընտանիքների տվյալների տրամադրող մարմինը, տվյալների փոխանակման ժամկետները, ինչպես նաև գործընթացի վերահսկման մեխանիզմները: 

Կարեն Կարապետյանը նշել է, որ բյուջեն սուբսիդավորելու ծախս չի կրում. «Ծախսերը կրում են մատակարար ընկերությունները: Նախարարությունը հստակեցրել է ցանկը, որպեսզի այնտեղ պատահական մարդիկ չհայտնվեն»:
