Հայելի / Արթիկի թիվ 4 հիմնական դպրոցում տևական ժամանակ է լարված վիճակ է․ այսօր ոտքի էին կանգնել դպրոցի կոլեկտիվը, աշակերտները ու նրանց ծնողները՝ պահանջելով չփակել իրենց կրթօջախը ու այն կարի գործարանի չվերածել։

Բանն այն է, որ շվեյցարահայ գործարար Վարդան Սրմաքեշի ու Վարագյան եղբայրների աջակցությամբ Արթիկում հիմնվելու է «Սաստեքս» տեքստիլ արդյունաբերության ֆաբրիկան, որը մտադրված են տեղակայել թիվ 4 դպրոցի շենքում։

Այն մոտ 400 աշխատատեղ է ստեղծելու Արթիկի ու հարակից գյուղերի բնակիչների համար։ Դպրոցի անձնակազմը, սակայն դեմ է, որ Արթիկի կենտրոնական հատվածում գտնվող իրենց կրթօջախը տանեն քաղաքի ծայրամաս, միավորեն մեկ այլ դպրոցի հետ, իրենց բառերով ասած՝ քանդեն ու քայքայեն այն։ Ըստ նրանց, կարի ֆաբրիկայի համար այլ հարմարավետ տեղեր կան քաղաքում։
