Կոտայքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում՝ նախագահությամբ դատավոր Դիանա Ղուկեյանի, այսօր՝ մարտի 1-ին, մեկնարկել է ՀՀ զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետի նախկին տեղակալ Տիրան Խաչատրյանի, Նորայր Ավանեսյանի, Աքսեն Սաֆարյանի, Գարիկ Հայրապետյանի գործով նախնական դատական նիստը։

Այժմ դատարանում քննվում է գործով ամբաստանյալների նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոցները փոփոխելու մասին միջնորդությունները։

Նշենք, որ Տիրան Խաչատրյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ ՔՕ 297-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով (խուլիգանություն)։

 

Հիշեցնենք, որ կրակոցներ էին հնչել Կոտայքի մարզում գտնվող «Էրիկի մոտ» ռեստորանում, ինչի հետեւանքով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, Տիրան Խաչատրյանը եւ Նորայր Սաֆարյանը կալանավորված են: Այս գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել նաև ԱՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի նախկին տեղակալ, գնդապետ Գարրի Սաֆարյանի որդուն՝ Ակսեն Սաֆարյանին:
