«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ ««Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը պաշտոնական աղբյուրներից տեղեկացավ, որ արտերկրից դեպի ՀՀ փոխանցվող դրամական միջոցների զուտ ներհոսքը 2023թ. հունվար-դեկտեմբերին, նախորդ տարվա համեմատ, եղել է ցածր մակարդակում:

Նկատենք, որ 2023 թվականին բանկային համակարգի միջոցով դեպի Հայաստան փոխանցված գումարների զուտ ներհոսքը (ներհոսքի եւ արտահոսքի տարբերությունը) կազմել է 1.7 մլրդ ԱՄՆ դոլար, որն էականորեն ավելի ցածր է նախորդ տարվա 2.6 մլրդ ԱՄՆ դոլարից:

Հատկանշական է, որ զուտ ներհոսքի նվազումը հիմնականում պայմանավորված է ՀՀ-ից արտահոսքի աճով, որի ծավալը 2023 թվականին կազմել է շուրջ 4.0 մլրդ ԱՄՆ դոլար՝ 2022թ. 2.6 մլրդ դոլարի համեմատ աճելով շուրջ 55.0%-ով, մինչդեռ ներհոսքը նույն ժամանակահատվածում աճել է ընդամենը 9.7%-ով՝ կազմելով 5.7 մլրդ ԱՄՆ դոլար՝ նախորդ տարվա 5.2-ի դիմաց»:
