«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է․ Ժամանակին պադավատապետությունը քննադատող, մարդկանց հղփացածությունը մերժող եւ տարբեր արատներ ծաղրող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը որոշել է բյուջեն լցնել՝ օգտվելով այդ արատներից ու հոռի բարքերից: Ավտոմեքենաների զրոներով պետհամարանիշների վաճառքի առաջին փուլն իրականացվել է՝ մասնակցել է 10 անձ, 48 համարանիշներից վաճառվել է 7-ը, գումարը կազմել է 156 միլիոն 200 հազար դրամ։ ՆԳՆ-ն հրաժարվում է ասել, թե կոնկրետ մեկ համարանիշն ինչքան գումարով է վաճառվել։ Մեզ հաջողվեց պարզել, որ «00օօ000» պետհամարանիշը վաճառվել է 30 միլիոն դրամով։ Հիրավի` խրախճանք ժանտախտի ժամանակ:
