Ինչպես արդեն հայտնել ենք, ըստ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ-ի, այսօր ժամը 05:15-ի սահմաններում, Սյունիքի մարզի Տեղ համայնքի սահմանային հատվածում հայ-ադրբեջանական շփման գիծը հատել է ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի զինծառայող, որը զինված է եղել ԱԿՄ տիպի ինքնաձիգով ու 1 պահատուփով:

«Հայկական ժամանակի» փոխանցմամբ՝ ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցներն արդեն տեղեկություններ են հաղորդում Հայաստանի սահմանը հատած իրենց զինծառայողի մասին՝ հրապարակելով նաև նրա լուսանկարները։

Պարզվում է, որ զինծառայողը Ռուսլան Փանախովը Շամքիրի շրջանից է, ծառայության է անցել անցյալ տարվա հուլիսին։ Վերջինիս հայրը լրատվամիջոցներին ասել է, թե տղան 7 ամսվա ծառայող է եղել Լաչինում։

«Վերջին անգամ ես ու տղաս խոսել ենք երեկ: Նա ասաց, որ առողջ է, ամեն ինչ լավ է»,- պատմել է նա։
