ԱԺ-Կառավարություն հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին հարց ուղղվեց արտագնա աշխատանքի մեկնողներին հարկելու  նախագծի մասին։

 Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն էլ բացատրեց, թե որն է հարկելու մոտիվացիան։

«Կառավարության մոտիվացիան Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և քաղաքացու նկատմամբ տածած սերն է՝ բառիս բուն իմաստով։ Բազմաթիվ հարցեր կան, որոնց վերաբերյալ մարդիկ պատասխաններ չունեն, կամ էլ այդ պատասխաններն ամբողջական չեն, թե ինչու երկրում այս կամ այն հարցն այնպես չէ։

Սա անում են, որ մեր երկրի ապագայի նկատմամբ ձեռք բերենք կոնսենսուս, եթե այստեղ, կան այնտեղ շրջանցենք, հարցերի հետ չառերեսվենք, ավելի մեծ խնդրի առաջ կկանգնենք»,- ասաց նա։
