ՊՍԺ-ի հարձակվող Կիլիան Մբապեն Ելիսեյան պալատում ընթրիքի ժամանակ հանդիպել է Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնի հետ։

Միջոցառմանը մասնակցել է նաև Կատարի էմիր Թամիմ բեն Համադ ալ-Թանին։ Le Parisien-ը հայտնել է, որ Կատարի իշխող ընտանիքի ներկայացուցիչը կփորձի հարձակվողին համոզել մնալ ՊՍԺ-ում։

Փետրվարի 15-ին ինսայդեր Ֆաբրիցիո Ռոմանոն հայտնել էր, որ Մբապեն ՊՍԺ-ի ղեկավարությանը հայտարարել է, որ հեռանում է մրցաշրջանի ավարտից հետո։

Նրա պայմանագիրն ակումբի հետ կավարտվի ամռանը։ Ավելի ուշ բազմաթիվ լրատվամիջոցներ հայտնեցին, որ 25-ամյա ֆրանսիացին համաձայնել է տեղափոխվել Մադրիդի «Ռեալ»։
