Բազմաբնակարան շենք կառուցողներն այսուհետ կախման մեջ կլինեն բնակիչներից

Երբ մարդը ձեռք է բերում նորակառույց շենքի վկայական, շենքը դեռ կառուցված չի լինում, և բացի իր բնակարանի տարածքը, ինքը շենքում էլ է ունենում ընդհանուր բաժնեմաս, օրինակ՝ խաղահրապարակը։ Այդ մասին այսօր ԱԺ-ում ասաց ՔՊ-ական պատգամավոր Միքայել Թումասյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ երբ շենքը նախատեսված է, դիցուք 14  հարկ, բայց վերջում ինչ-որ հրաշքով հարկերն ավելանում են, խախտվում է շենքում բնակարան ձեռք բերող քաղաքացու իրավունքը։

«Հիմա օրենք ենք ընդունում, համաձայն որի՝ շենք կառուցողը չի կարող ավելացնել շենքերի հարկերը առանց այդ շենքում բնակարան ձեռք բերած քաղաքացու թույլտվության»,- ներկայացրեց նա։
