«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է.

Դեռեւս մեկ տարի առաջ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հայտնեց, որ հաստատվել է զինված ուժերի համազգեստը փոխելու ծրագիրը, եւ որ նախատեսված նոր համազգեստը հաշվի է առնելու ՆԱՏՕ-ի չափորոշիչները։

Չնայած ՊՆ-ն դա ներկայացնում է բանակում իրականացվող իբր բարեփոխում, սակայն ՊՆ մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ համակարգում խոսում են, որ համազգեստը փոխելու պահանջը եւս Ադրբեջանի կողմից դրվել է 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո:

Ադրբեջանում կարծում են, որ հայոց հաղթանակած բանակի մասին որեւէ բան չպետք է հիշեցնի, իսկ ներկայիս համազգեստը հիշեցնում է նախկին հաղթանակները, ուստի պետք է փոխել նաեւ համազգեստը։
