Առնվազն 12.12.2022 թվականից Հայաստանը զգուշացնում էր Ադրբեջանի նախագահի՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում էթնիկ զտում իրականացնելու մտադրությունների մասին, գործընկերները կարծում էին, որ չափազանցում ենք, բայց դա տեղի ունեցավ։ Այս մասին X-ի իր միկրոբլոգում գրել է Բելգիայում Հայաստանի դեսպան, Եվրամիությունում Հայաստանի առաքելության ղեկավար Տիգրան Բալայանը։
