Հիշեցնենք, ավելի վաղ այսօր հայտնի դարձավ, որ դատախազը 2024 թվականի փետրվարի 21-ին սեփական նախաձեռնությամբ փոխել է Քննչական կոմիտեում քննվող քրեական վարույթով անցնող մեղադրյալ՝ «Սիներջի» ընկերության տնօրեն Աշոտ Հովհաննիսյան նկատմամբ կիրառված խափանման միջոց կալանքը: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է Գլխավոր դատախազությունը:

Հաշվի առնելով, որ մեղադրյալը ցուցմունքներ է տվել քրեական վարույթի համար էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքների վերաբերյալ, նրա մասնակցությամբ կատարվել են առերեսումներ, որպիսի պայմաններում վարույթի ներկա փուլում էականորեն նվազել է մեղադրյալի կողմից ոչ իրավաչափ վարքագիծ դրսևորելու, ապացուցման գործընթացին միջամտելու հավանականությունը՝ դատախազը վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին հանձնարարել է մեղադրյալի նկատմամբ կիրառել համակցված այլընտրանքային խափանման միջոցներ՝ գրավ, բացակայելու արգելք և երաշխավորություն:
