«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. Փետրվարի 23-ին կկայանա զրոներով պետհամարանիշների աճուրդը, որի նախնական գինը 20 մլն դրամ է։ Այս պահին գնման հայտ է ներկայացրել 138 մարդ՝ հայտնում են ՆԳ նախարարությունից։ Այսինքն՝ 138 հոգի պատրաստ է մեքենայի գոլդ համարի համար նվազագույնը 50 հազար դոլար վճարել:

Հիշեցնենք, որ հատուկ բացված կայքում քվեարկություն են անում, եւ ամենաշատ հավանություն ունեցող համարանիշները դրվում են աճուրդի։ ՆԳՆ-ից փոխանցեցին, որ աճուրդին մասնակցելու են այն քաղաքացիները, որոնք վճարել են կանխավճար` 1 մլն դրամ։ Աճուրդը տեւելու է 3 օր։

Ավելի վաղ ՆԳՆ-ն հայտարարել էր, որ աճուրդում հաղթած եւ համարանիշները ձեռք բերած անձի տվյալները գաղտնի են պահվելու, այսինքն՝ չի հայտարարվելու, թե ով է հաղթել աճուրդում։
