Чемпионов Европы Арсена Арутюняна, Армана Андреасяна, бронзового призера Межлума Межлумяна и команду Армении встретили в аэропорту «Звартноц».

Армянских спортсменов встретили президент федерации борьбы Армении Роберт Хачатрян, генеральный секретарь НОК Армении Грачья Ростомян, друзья и родные спортсменов.



Арсен Арутюнян (57 кг) в финале за 52 секунды победил турка Мухаммеда Каравуса со счетом 10:0.

Арман Андреасян (70 кг) в финале обыграл грузина Акаки Кемертелидзе со счетом 7:3.

Бронзовую медаль завоевал Межлум Межлумян (61 кг), который победил немца Николаса Штехеле со счетом 7:5.

Армения заняла четвертое место в командном зачете.
