«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ «ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմը 2024 թվականի հունվարի 25-ին 1 մլն 411 հազար 200 դրամ (ներառյալ Ավելացված արժեքի հարկը) աժողությամբ պայմանագիր է կնքել «Եգեր» ՍՊԸ-ի հետ, որը զենքի եւ զինամթերքի, զինվորական եւ որսորդական պարագաների խանութների ցանց է։ Վարչապետի աշխատակազմը գնել է Байкал МР-71 14 ատրճանակներ։ Ատրճանակի մեկ հատի արժեքը կազմել է 100 հազար 800 դրամ։

Պայմանագրով գնման առարկան՝ ատրճանակը, տեխնիկական բնութագով պողպատից է, զենքի տրամաչափը՝ 9×17 մմ, փամփշտատուփի պարունակությունը՝ 8 փամփուշտ, զենքի ընդհանուր երկարությունը՝ 94 մմ, քաշը՝ 0.73 կգ։ Ատրճանակները ձեռք են բերված 2 տարի երաշխիքով։ Թե ինչ նպատակով, փաստաթղթերում չի երեւում»։
