Մոսկվան Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ռուս խաղաղապահների տեղակայման պայմանները կքննարկի միայն Բաքվի հետ՝ կապված տարածաշրջանում իրավիճակի արմատական փոփոխության հետ։ Այս մասին ՏԱՍՍ-ին հետ հարցազրույցում ասել է Ռուսաստանի փոխարտգործնախարար Միխայիլ Գալուզինը։

«Հաշվի առնելով ԼՂ-ում իրավիճակի արմատական փոփոխությունը՝ մեր խաղաղապահների մնալու պայմանները քննարկվում են միայն ադրբեջանական կողմի հետ»,- նշել է Գալուզինը։

Ըստ նրա՝ Ադրբեջանի հետ երկխոսությունը կառուցողական է, իսկ «բոլոր առաջացող հարցերը լուծում ենք երկուստեք ընդունելի ձևով»։

«Ինչ վերաբերում է 2025 թվականի նոյեմբերից հետո ռուսական խաղաղապահ կոնտինգենտի լիազորությունների երկարաձգմանը, ապա դա կախված կլինի տարածաշրջանում տիրող իրավիճակից, նրանց հետագա ներկայության պահանջից և Բաքվի հետ համապատասխան պայմանավորվածություններից»,- հավելել է փոխնախարարը։
