Պահանջում եմ, բավարարեք ՔՊ-ականների երաշխավորության միջնորդությունը, որպեսզի մայրը լինի իր երկու երեխաների հետ

Արցախյան 44-օրյա պատերազմում զոհված Գևորգ Վիրաբյանի քուրը` Տաթևիկ Վիրաբյանը, իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է․

«Երբ դատարանը քննում էր իմ կալանքի հարցը Ազգային ժողովի 6 կին պատգամավորներ ներկայացրել էին երաշխավորություն։

Դատարանը մերժեց այդ երաշխավորությունները և որոշեց, որ ես, լինելով երկու անչափահաս երեխաների մայր, պետք է լինեմ բանտում։ Նույնիսկ տնային կալանքի մեր միջնորդությունը մերժեց դատարանը և ինձ երկու ամիս բանտարկված պահեցին քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում։

Այսօր Ազգային ժողովի իշխանական ՔՊ ֆրակցիայի բոլոր պատգամավորները երաշխավորություն են ներկայացրել, որպեսզի կալանքից ազատվի Ալեն Սիմոնյանի հարսը (եղբոր կինը)։

Այդ կինն էլ ինձ նման երկու անչափահաս երեխաների մայր է։ Նրան չի կարելի բանտարկված պահել։

Ես իսկապես պահանջում եմ, բավարարեք ՔՊ-ականների երաշխավորության միջնորդությունը և թույլ տվեք, որպեսզի մայրը լինի իր երկու երեխաների հետ»։
