ԿԳՄՍՆ-ն դրոշի և օրհներգի մասին շրջաբերական է ուղարկել դպրոցներին․ «Հրապարակ»

«Հրապարակ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Իշխանությունում աջ ձեռքը չգիտի՞, թե ձախն ինչ է անում: Մինչ իշխանական շրջանակներից հայտարարություններ են անում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պետական խորհրդանիշները փոխելու անհրաժեշտության մասին, իսկ օրերս էլ ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանն էր օրհներգն ու զինանշանը փոխելու մասին կարծիք հայտնել, ԿԳՄՍՆ-ն նախօրեին շրջաբերական է ուղարկել դպրոցներին՝ հանձնարարելով, որ ամեն երկուշաբթի՝ մինչ դասերի սկսվելը, դպրոցում հնչի ՀՀ օրհներգը․ կա՛մ ձայնագրությամբ, կա՛մ էլ ակապելա կատարմամբ դպրոցի աշակերտները պետք է կատարեն:

Շրջաբերականում մանրամասն նկարագրել են նաեւ դրոշի տեղակայման վայրը եւ տեսքը, այն չպետք է լինի ճմրթված, պետք է ուղիղ տեղադրված լինի շքամուտքում, ունենա մաքուր, կոկիկ տեսք։
