Դատավոր Նաիրա Գրիգորյանին նախազգուշացում է հայտարարվել

Բարձրագույն դատական խորհուրդը, քննելով Արդարադատության նախարար Գրիգոր Մինասյանի միջնորդությունը՝ Արմավիրի մարզի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Նաիրա Գրիգորյանին կարգապահական պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու վերաբերյալ, որոշեց բավարարել այն: Արմավիրի մարզի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Նաիրա Գրիգորյանին հայտարարել նախազգուշացում։

Դատավորը թույլ էր տվել վարքագծի կանոնների խախտումներ, մասնավորապես, իրեն մակագրված  քաղաքացիական գործով ինքնաբացարկ հայտնելու հիմքերի առկայության պայմաններում Դատավորն ինքնաբացարկ չի հայտնել, քննել և լուծել է Գործը: Միաժամանակ, Դատավորը Գործով կողմերին չի բացահայտել ինքնաբացարկի հիմքերը, որը կարող էր հիմք հանդիսանալ Դատական օրենսգրքի 71-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով նախատեսված դատավարական գործողություններ կատարելու համար:

Միաժամանակ հայտնում ենք, որ Խորհրդի անդամներ Արշակ Վարդանյանը, և Էդգար Հովհաննիսյանը դեմ են քվեարկել որոշմանը։

Որոշումն ուժի մեջ է մտնում հրապարակման պահից և վերջնական է։
