ՀՀ Արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը հաստատել է, որ Ադրբեջանը խնդիրներ է տեսնում Հայաստանի Անկախության հռչակագրի մեջ։

«Բարձրաձայն էլ իրենք այդ մասին ասել են, այո։ Իրենք համարել են, որ դա խնդիր է  և իրավական հարցեր են ներկայացրել։ Մենք էլ համապատասխանաբար նույն կերպ խնդրահարույց ենք համարել իրենց մոտ ձևակերպումները», - «Ազատության» հետ զրույցում հայտարարել է նախարարը։

Հայաստանի գործող Սահմանադրության նախաբանում հղում է արվում Անկախության հռչակագրին, որտեղ հիշատակում կա նաև Հայաստանի և Արցախի վերամիավորման մասին։

 

Օրեր առաջ Հայաստանի վարչապետը հայտարարել էր, որ Հայաստանը պետք է ունենա նոր Սահմանադրություն, «որը երկիրն ավելի մրցունակ ու կենսունակ կդարձնի աշխարհաքաղաքական և ռեգիոնալ նոր պայմաններում»:
