«ՄՏՍ Հայաստան»-ի նոր սեփականատերը Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը կփոխանցի բաժնետոմսերի 20%-ը։
 
«Հայաստանի համար «ՄՏՍ Հայաստան» ՓԲԸ-ի ռազմավարական նշանակությունը հաշվի առնելով՝ «Ֆեդիլքո Գրուպ Լիմիթիդ»-ը մտադրված է բաժնետոմսերի 20%-ը փոխանցել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը` անհատույց», - ասված է ընկերության հաղորդագրության մեջ։ 
 
Նշենք, որ այսօր տեղի է ունեցել բաժնետիրոջ փոփոխություն, ընկերությունը դադարել է ռուսական «ՄՏՍ» խմբի մաս կազմել: Ընկերության նոր բաժնետերը Կիպրոսում գրանցված «Ֆեդիլքո Գրուպ Լիմիթիդ» (“FEDILCO GROUP LIMITED”) ընկերությունն է, որի սեփականատերերը եվրոպական ու ասիական ներդրողներ են:
 
Ըստ հաղորդագրության, «Ֆեդիլքո Գրուպ Լիմիթիդ»-ը Կիպրոսում գրանված ընկերություն է, որի վերջնական շահառու (բենեֆիցիար) սեփականատերերն են Չժե Ջանգը և Կոնստանտին Սոկոլովը:
