Բոլոր այն քաղաքացիներն, ովքեր ունեն հիպոտեկային վարկ, դիմել են եկամտահարկի հետ ստացման համար և արդեն իսկ ստանում են և բոլոր այն մարդիկ, որոնք մինչև 2024 թվականի ավարտը Երևանի համար կդիմեն եկամտահարկի հետ վերադարձի մեխանիզմին միանալու համար և կմիանան, նրանք կշարունակեն իրենց եկամտահարկն առաջիկա բոլոր տարիներին ստանալ։ Այս մասին հայտնում է Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր Բաբկեն Թունյանը։

«Սահմանափակումը վերաբերում է նրան, որ նոր բնակարաններ ձեռք բերելու դեպքում 2025 թվականի հունվարի մեկից հետո այլևս չեն կարող այդ համակարգին միանալ»,-ասաց նա։
