Հունվարի 14-ի երեկոյան ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն ՊԾ Երևանի գնդի 3-րդ գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի պարեկից հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի թաղապետարանի հարակից այգու խաղահրապարակի գույքն այրվում է: Ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժնից օպերատիվ խումբ է մեկնել դեպքի վայր: Պարզվել է, որ անհայտ անձինք դիտավորությամբ հրկիզել են սահելու համար նախատեսված պլաստմասսե տնակը՝ Երևան համայնքին պատճառելով 1 միլիոն դրամի վնաս: Հայտնել է ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը։

Նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:

Մալաթիայի բաժնի քրեական հետախույզների ձեռնարկած միջոցառումների շնորհիվ պարզվել է, որ նշված հանցագործությունը կատարել են 14-ամյա, 15-ամյա և 16-ամյա երեք պատանի: Նրանք ծնողների հետ ներկայացվել են բաժին, որտեղ բացատրական աշխատանքի արդյունքում խոստովանել են:

Պատանիները և կազմված փաստաթղթերը ներկայացվել են նախաքննական մարմին: Կատարվում է նախաքննություն:
