ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժնի քրեական հետախույզները հունվարի 16-ին Փարաքար գյուղի Անդրանիկի փողոցում հայտնաբերել և բաժին են տեղափոխել 38-ամյա Ցոլակ Ս.-ին, որը հետախուզվում էր ՀՀ նախկին քրեական օրենսգրքի 173-րդ հոդվածի (Ծնողի կողմից երեխային պահելուց չարամտորեն խուսափելը) մեղադրանքով: Հայտնել է ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը։
