«Հրապարակ» օրաթերթը գրում է․  «Կոռուպցիան հո պոզով-պոչով կենդանի չի՞, սա է կոռուպցիան»,- հավանաբար, ժամանակին կասեր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, եթե իմանար, որ Թալինի համայնքապետարանը համայնքի ղեկավար, ՔՊ-ական Տավրոս Սափեյանի ընտանիքին պատկանող բենզալցակայանից է գնումներ կատարում։ Անթաքույց առերեւույթ կոռուպցիոն ռիսկեր պարունակող գնումը կատարվել է հունվարի 10-ին․ Թալինի համայնքապետարանը «Սափեյան եղբայրներ» ընկերությունից գնել է 1 մլն դրամի հեղուկ գազ։ Նշենք, որ այս ընկերության սեփականատերերը Տավրոս Սափեյանի հայրն ու հորեղբայրն են՝ Էդիկ եւ Ժորա Սափեյանները։
