Օրենքի ուժով արդեն երկու շաբաթ է կասեցվել է՝ Ալավերդու ինքնահռչակ համայնքապետի լիազորությունները՝ մինչև դատարանի վերջնական որոշումը, սակայն սույն անձնավորությունը շարունակում է իր զոռբայությունը։ Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության համահիմնադիր Մեսրոպ Առաքելյանը:

Նա նաեւ հավելել է. «Դիմել ենք Գլխավոր դատախազին՝ ձեռնարկել անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ սույն անձնավորության ապօրինի գործունեությունը դադարեցնելու հարցով։

Հուսով եմ, որ Գլխավոր դատախազը մաս չի կազմի իշխանությունը զոռբայությամբ և օրենքի կոպիտ խախտումներով խլած կուսակցությանը։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, առաջարկում եմ Ալավերդու զոռբայապետի համար պարբերաբար իրականացնել իրավաբանական խորհրդատվություններ, թե չէ մեր իրավաբանները չեն հասցնում սույն անձնավորության ապօրինություններին հետևել»:
