«Այո, ուշացվել է, շատ է ուշացվել,  նախագծեր են փոխվել մի քանի անգամ, վերջին նախագծով շինարարությունն ավարտին է հասցվել: Երբ որ մեկնարկել է այդ մանկապարտեզի շինարարությունը, այն ժամանակ այս ստանդարտները չկային: Հիմա կան այս ստանդարտները, կարծեմ ավարտվել կամ ավարտն է հասցվում հովացման համակարգը, որը կարծումեմ աննախադեպ է Հայաստանում, առանձին կաթսայատուն է կառուցվում, որը չի եղել նախագծի մեջ եւ քանի որ քրեական գործերով է  անցնում, դժվար է իրեն փոփոխել: Այն, որ Մեղրիի մանկապարտեզի շինարարությունը տեւական ժամանակ չի եղել, դա միանշանակ է, տեսնենք՝ քրեական գործը որտեղ կհասնի»,- ասել է նա:
