Ֆուտբոլի պատմության և վիճակագրության միջազգային ֆեդերացիան (IFFHS) լեհ մրցավար Շիմոն Մարցինյակին ճանաչել է 2023 թվականի լավագույն մրցավար։

«2023 թվականին Շիմոն Մարցինյակը կրկին ճանաչվեց IFFHS-ի կողմից որպես աշխարհի տարվա լավագույն մրցավար՝ իր կայունության և խարիզմայի շնորհիվ։

Նա վաստակեց 175 միավոր և խոշոր հաղթանակներ տարավ իտալացի Դանիելե Օրսատոյի՝ 2020 թվականի IFFHS մրցանակի դափնեկիր և ֆրանսիացի Կլեման Տուրպենի նկատմամբ։ Երկու անգլիացի մրցավարները՝ Մայքլ Օլիվերը և Էնթոնի Թեյլորը, զբաղեցրին չորրորդ և հինգերորդ տեղերը՝ մի փոքր առաջ անցնելով ֆրանսիացի երիտասարդ տաղանդավոր Ֆրանսուա Լետեքսիերից»,- ասված է IFFHS-ի հայտարարության մեջ:
