«Հրապարակ»-ի տեղեկություններով՝ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության պարեկները Երեւանում կանգնեցրել են Արցախի վերջին նախագահ Սամվել Շահրամանյանի մեքենան՝ թիկնազորով եւ ավտոշարասյունով երեւեկելու պատճառով։ Պարեկները Շահրամանյանին ասել են, որ նա օրենքով ավտոշարասյունով երեւեկելու իրավունք չունի։

ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանությունից հաստատեցին լուրը, նշելով, որ ճանապարհային երթեւեկության կանոնների խախտման համար են կանգնեցրել, արձանագրություն չեն կազմել, միայն զգուշացրել են։

Հայաստանում թիկնազորով եւ ավտոշարասյունով երեւեկելու «առավելությամբ» օժտված են պետական պահպանության ենթակա անձինք, օրինակ վաչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ԱԺ խոսնակ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը, ՀՀ նախագահը, ԱԳ նախարարը, այլք։
