Բոլոր այն դեպքերում, երբ քաղաքացին տեսանկարահանվող կամ լուսանկարահանվող սարքերով հայտնաբերված ՃՈ կանոնների խախտման դեպքերում road police ինտերնետային հարթակում դիմում է վարչական ակտն իր էլփոստին ուղարկելու պահանջով, և վարչական մարմինն ուղարկում է այն սահմանված կարգով, ապա տուգանքը նշանակվում է սահմանված գումարից 5%-ով պակաս։ Այդ մասին այսօր Կառավարության նիստի ժամանակ ասաց ՆԳ նախարար Վահե Ղազարյանը։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն էլ հստակեցրեց, որ ըստ նախագծի՝ եթե քաղաքացին 15 օրվա ընթացքում վճարում է տուգանքի գումարի կեսը, մյուս կեսը համարվում է վճարված։

«Բացի այդ, եթե քաղաքացին ասում է՝ «ինձ էլփոստով ծանուցեք տուգանքի մասին», իրեն պետք է 30% զեղչ տրամադրենք, իսկ եթե 15 օրում է վճարում ակտը, ապա ևս 30% պետք է զիջենք»,- ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
