Այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 23-ին, Հանրապետությունում տեղացած առատ ձյան հետևանքով որոշ մարզերում արտակարգ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել։ Հայտնում է shamshyan.com-ը:

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, արդեն 1.5 ժամից ավելի է՝ Սպիտակի ոլորաններում տեղացած ձյունն իր «սև գործն» է արել, ինչի պատճառով էլ մեծ թվով տրանսպորտային միջոցներ չեն կարողանում երթևեկել։

Սպիտակի ոլորաններում 50 երեխա տեղափոխող ավտոբուսը չի կարողանում շարժվել և թե՛ վարորդներին, թե՛ երեխաներին օգնության են հասել ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Փրկարար ծառայության Սպիտակի հրշեջ-փրկարարները և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Լոռու մարզի գումարտակի պարեկները։
