Նորատուսում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպից հետո ձերբակալված 26 ձկնորսներից 25-ն ազատ են արձակվել. մեկին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել

ՆԳՆ ջրային պարեկների և ձկնորսների միջև տեղի ունեցած միջադեպից հետո ձերբակալված 26 ձկնորսներից 25-ն ազատ են արձակվել արգելանքից։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ին Հայտնեց ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի մամուլի խոսնակ Գոռ Աբրահամյանը:

Մեկ անձի ներկայացվել է մեղադրանք՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 452-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով նախատեսված հանցավոր արարքը կատարելու համար։ Դատարան միջնորդություն է ներայացվել ձկնորսի նկատմամբ կալանքը որպե խափանման միջոց ընտրելու նպատակով:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Նորատուս և մի քանի գյուղերի ձկնորսների միջև միջադեպ էր տեղի ունեցել Սևանից ձկնորսություն իրականացնելու արգելքի պատճառով։ Դիմակավորված ձկնորսները պարեկների վրա բենզինով լցված շշեր ու փայտեր էին նետել:
