Նարեկ Մալյանի գործով դատական նիստը հետաձգվեց

Հասարակական գործիչ Նարեկ Մալյանի գործով դատական նիստին նրա փաստաբանները  ներկայացրել են փորձագետներին դատարան հրավիրվելու վերաբերյալ միջնորդություն, որը դատարանը բավարարեց։

Արդյունքում դատական նիստը հետաձգվեց, այն տեղի կունենա 2024 թվականի հունվարի 12-ին։

Հիշեցնենք, Նարեկ Մալյանին ձերբակալել էին սեպտեմբերի 20-ին, երկու օր անց նա կալանավորվեց՝ երկու ամսով: Նարեկ Մալյանին ձերբակալել են ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 329–րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով նախատեսված հանցանքը կատարելու համար:

Այն է՝ «ատելություն, խտրականություն, անհանդուրժողականություն կամ թշնամանք հրահրելուն կամ քարոզելուն ուղղված հրապարակային խոսքը, ինչպես նաև այդ նպատակով նյութեր կամ առարկաներ տարածելը»:

Այս հոդվածով նախատեսվում է որպես պատիժ՝ 1-4 տարի ազատազրկում:
