Ընտանիքում ծնվել է երեխա ու երիտասարդ մայրը ուզում է աշխատել, երեխայի տատիկն էլ 80 հազար դրամ աշխատավարձ է ստանում, ի՞նչն է խանգարում, որ մենք տատիկին հնարավորություն տանք ընտրելու և հասկանալու՝ ուզո՞ւմ է 104 հազար դրամ դայակի գումարը ստանալ ու իր թոռնիկին պահել։ Այսօր Կառավարության նիստի ժամանակ նման հարց հնչեցրեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ անդրադառնալով քննարկվող նախագծերից մեկին, որով առաջարկվում է զոհված զինծառայողների ծնողներին, որոնք երեխա են ունեցել, 104 հազար դրամ գումար տրամադրել՝ դայակի ծառայության համար։

Նշենք, որ ըստ նախագծի, դայակի ծառայության համար  գումար տրամադրվելու է այն դեպքում, եթե դայակը գրանցված չէ նույն հասցեում, որտեղ գրանցված է երեխայի մայրը։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն առաջարկում է երեխայի տատիկին գումար տալ, որ իր թոռնիկին պահի, մայրն էլ հնարավորություն ունենա աշխատելու։
