«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է.  Գրել էինք, որ ՆԳ նախարար Վահե Ղազարյանն Ամանորին ընդառաջ Ձմեռպապի դեր է ստանձնել եւ ՆԳՆ աշխատակիցների երեխաների համար ամանորյա մանկական ներկայացումների տոմսեր է գնել, որոնց սցենարը պետք է համաձայնեցվեր ոստիկանության հետ։

Պարզվում է՝ Վահե Ղազարյանը ոչ միայն երեխաների, այլեւ ՆԳՆ աշխատակիցների համար է Ձմեռպապ՝ նա «նվեր-պարգեւներ» է ձեռք բերել, որոնցով պետք է ինչ-որ անձանց, հավանաբար՝ համակարգի աշխատողներին պարգեւատրի։ «Նվեր-պարգեւները» շոկոլադե կոնֆետներ են, 1 տուփի արժեքը՝ 600 դրամ, ձեռք է բերվել 7 հազար 500 հատ՝ 4 մլն 500 հազար դրամ արժողությամբ։ Հետաքրքիր կլինի, եթե պարզվի, որ 600 դրամանոց կոնֆետները կարմիր բերետավորների համար են նախատեսված։
