Ղարաբաղի խնդիրը խաղաղ բանակցային ճանապարհով կարգավորելու համար պետք է Հայաստանը ուժեղ, հզոր, զարգացող լինի: Այս մասին «Ուրվագիծ» հաղորդմանը տված հարցազրույցում ասել է «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքի առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը՝ հավելելով. «Ղարաբաղի ճակատագիրը որոշողը պետք է լինի ղարաբաղցին, այն ղարաբաղցին, ով այնտեղ ապրում է, արարում է, երեխա է մեծացնում ու սահման պահում»:

Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը շեշտում է նաև, որ Հայաստանը պետք է ուժեղ լինի, որպեսզի կանգնի Ղարաբաղի թիկունքին և խաղաղությունն ու անվտանգությունն ապահովի. «խնդրելով կամ միակողմանի զիջումներով երբեք խաղաղություն չի կարող լինել, խաղաղությանը հասնում են, ոչ թե երազում»,- ասաց նա:
