Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ցավակցական հեռագիր է հղել Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության նախագահ Սի Ծինփինին՝ Չինաստանի հյուսիսարևմտյան Գանսու և Ցինհայ նահանգներում տեղի ունեցած ավերիչ երկրաշարժի կապակցությամբ:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության և անձամբ իմ անունից անկեղծ ցավակցություն ու զորակցություն եմ հայտնում զոհվածների հարազատներին և մերձավորներին՝ մաղթելով համբերություն և ոգու տոկունություն, իսկ բոլոր վիրավորներին՝ շուտափույթ ապաքինում»,-ասված է հեռագրում:
