Ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժնում տեղեկություններ էին ստացվել, որ Մասիս քաղաքի մի բնակիչ Սիփանիկ գյուղում զբաղվում է ավազի ապօրինի արդյունահանմամբ։ Մասիսի ոստիկանների ձեռնարկած միջոցառումներով պարզվել է, որ 37-ամյա տղամարդը գյուղում ձկնաբուծարան կառուցելու պատրվակով, առանց համապատասխան թույլտվության, դեկտեմբերի սկզբից մինչ օրս, ընդերքի պահպանման կամ օգտագործման պահանջները խախտելով, ապօրինի արդյունահանել է ավազ և բեռնատարներով տեղափոխել Ռանչպար գյուղի ավազի լվացման իր կետ, որտեղից էլ վաճառել է։

Կազմված փաստաթղթերն ուղարկվել են Մասիսի քննչական բաժին։
