Երևանը հայտարարում է՝ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարարների հանդիպման պայմանավորվածություն չկա: Այս մասին հայտնեց Արտգործնախարարության խոսնակ խոսնակ Անի Բադալյանը՝ պատասխանելով «Ազատության» հարցին, թե արդյոք եղե՞լ է Վաշինգտոնում նախարարների հանդիպման կոնկրետ պայմանավորվածություն ու հիմա Ադրբեջանը հրաժարվո՞ւմ է:

«Եթե լինում է հանդիպման պայմանավորվածություն, մենք տեղեկացնում ենք», - ասաց Բադալյանը:

Ավելի վաղ, հատուկ հանձնարարություններով դեսպան Էդմոն Մարուքյանն էր հայտարարել՝ հունվար ամսին Ադրբեջանն ընդունել է Միացյալ Նահանգների հրավերն՝ այնտեղ արտգործնախարարների մակարդակով հանդիպման: Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ խոսնակ Այխան Հաջիզադենն էլ, սակայն, պնդել էր, թե որևէ համաձայնություն արտգործնախարարների առաջիկա հանդիպման վայրի ու ամսաթվի վերաբերյալ չկա։
