«ԱՄՆ-ն ողջունում է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև այսօր տեղի ունեցած զինվորականների փոխանակումը»։ Այդ մասին այսօր՝ ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ հայտարարել է ԱՄՆ Պետքարտուղարության մամուլի քարտուղար Մեթյու Միլլերը:

«Մենք խրախուսում ենք այդ քայլը և բանակցություններ ենք վարել երկու կառավարությունների հետ։ Ողջունում ենք այսօր ավելի վաղ ձերբակալված հայերի և ադրբեջանցիների վերադարձը, ինչպես նաև հաղորդագրություններն այն մասին, որ քննարկվում են կողմերի միջև վստահության ամրապնդման լրացուցիչ միջոցներ:

Մենք շարունակելու ենք աշխատել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի հետ՝ գործընթացն առաջ տանելու համար։ Մենք նախկինի պես հավատում ենք, որ խաղաղությունը հնարավոր է, եթե երկու կողմերն էլ պատրաստ են դրան ձգտել», -ասել  է խոսնակը։
