«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանը 100 հատ կրծքանշան է գնել, որոնց հատի արժեքը 4 հազար դրամ է։ Կրծքանշանները կոչվում են «Երեւան», այն ունի ծածանվող դրոշի տեսք, որի վրա պատկերված է Երեւանի զինանշանը, եւ նախատեսված է հագուստի վրա ամրացնելու համար։ Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանից՝ մեր հարցին ի պատասխան, թե ում համար են նախատեսված կրծքանշանները, պատասխանեցին՝ ավագանու անդամների համար։

Հետաքրքրվեցինք նաեւ՝ բոլորի՞ն է տրվելու, թե՞ որոշ անդամներ են ստանալու՝ պարգեւատրման կարգով։ Քաղաքապետարանից ասացին, որ ավագանու բոլոր անդամների համար է։ Ի դեպ, Երեւանի ավագանին 65 անդամ ունի, այնպես որ, 35 կրծքանշան էլ դեռ կավելանա` կարող են քաղաքապետարանի աշխատողների մի մասին էլ նվիրել»:
