Bcode.news–ը գրում է, որ Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանը հարցազրույց է տվել, որում խոսել է Արցախում պատերազմի և Հայաստանի անվտանգության մասին։ Նախկին նախարարի խոսքով` Հայաստանի ապագան Ռուսաստանի հետ դաշինքի մեջ է:

«Հայաստանի ապագան ես տեսնում եմ Ռուսաստանի հետ պատմականորեն ամուր դաշնակցային հարաբերություններում: Ռուսաստանն աշխարհում միակ երկիրն է, որը կարող է Հայաստանին տալ բավականին անվտանգ արդյունք, որն այսօր պահանջված է մեր ժողովրդի կողմից: Ի վերջո, ազգային նպատակը կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարը չէ, կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարը չի կարող լինել ազգային նպատակ, դա մեթոդ է, ազգային նպատակին հասնելու մեթոդներից մեկն է: Ազգային նպատակը դա անկախ պետականությունն է և մարդկանց լավ կյանքը այդ պետությունում, առանց տերմինաբանության, դա է հենց ազգային նպատակը»,- ​​պարզաբանել է Արշակ Կարապետյանը։
