ՀՀԿ ԳՄ անդամ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը գրում է․ «Երբվանի՞ց է ցմահ ազատազրկված ադրբեջանցի տեռորիստի արտահանձնումը մարդասիրություն ու բարի կամքի ժեստ համարվում։

Նիկոլ, ինչու՞ ես ստում։

Ասում ես «մարդասիրության արժեքներից դրդված և որպես բարի կամքի ժեստ, Հայաստանն ազատ է արձակում ադրբեջանցի երկու զինծառայողի», բայց չես նշում, որ ադրբեջանցի երկու զինվորներից մեկը հայասպան դիվերսանտ է։

Հայաստանը Ադրբեջանին է վերադարձնում ՀՀ մուտք գործած դիվերսանտներին, որից մեկը ցմահ ազատազրկման դատապարտված և «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ»-ի պահնորդին սպանած Հուսեյն Ախունդովն է։ Նշեմ, որ ՀՀ տարածք ներխուժած և ԶՄՊԿ-ի պահնորդի սպանության համար դատապարտված ադրբեջանցի զինծառայող Հուսեյն Ախունդովի պատիժը խստացվել է։

Դեկտեմբերի 6-ին Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանը՝ դատավոր Գրիգոր Հովհաննիսյանի նախագահությամբ, բավարարել է ԶՄՊԿ պահնորդ Հայրապետ Մելիքսեթյանի իրավահաջորդների բողոքը՝ մասամբ բեկանելով առաջին ատյանի դատավճիռը և Ախունդովին դատապարտելով ցմահ ազատազրկման:

Միակ սփոփանքը մեր 32 հայ տղաների վերադարձն է Հայաստան»։
